SWLC is the signature training programme of the Salimo-Wits Leadership Initiative; organized three times a year for in-school and out-of-school youths. The overall objective of SWLC is to equip young people with the mindset, skill-set and tool-set necessary for them to impact society as effective leaders and entrepreneurs.
