About us

     TAD Initiative is a not for profit organization that serves as an online resource/ sensitization hub for issues relating to environmental sustainability, climate change, community services and youth empowerment. Our aim is to ensure that young people are fully aware of environmental issues, the effects of climate change and how to involve themselves into putting a solution to it. We put our climate related articles to people through the use of our website, blog and most importantly social media platforms. We understand that a lot of youths in Nigeria are very much involved in the use of social media platform and one of the ways to reach them is by bringing the information to them through the platforms that they are usually engaged with. We also engage in community services which includes cleanup programs in our local community and tertiary institution campuses within our locality. We believe that we should not leave the world messed up for the future generation. Rather, we should make the world a better place than we met it. In conclusion, at TAD Initiative we preach the importance of environmental responsibility which is why we engage ourselves in volunteering for organization and other NGOs that deals with environmental advocacy, youth empowerment, community services and climate change advocacy.
