Go to payoneer.com ,and fill in all information which includes personal details, account information,personal verification and contact details
- You can use National ID card,driver's license or international passport but if you do not have any of these but your Voter's card.You can use your Voter's Card as it will be very well accepted. All you have to do is select National ID as your means of identification and fill in the VIN on your voter's card in the space provided for card number.
The VIN number is located at the front of your voter's card and at the back too.
- For password, input letters and numbers mixed together.
Tick the boxes asking if you agree to their terms and conditions.
Cross check your details at every step please.
You will get a pending message in the form of Order Card Confirmation. Just relax for the second message and if you followed my steps and filled the form correctly, you should get a message approving your Payoneer Debit card in 15 minutes. Another message will be asked if
you will require premium service with a US Bank account, just click the links provided of which one will ask for a link to your site and how you earn from your site.Write all you can but please do not fill the box with rubbish talks. For the second link asking you to send a document, I uploaded my Voter's ID card (front and back) after clicking "other" as form of document.
