To the ladies; find out why guys don't ask you out

I was at the cafe earlier today to get some stuff done,when I overheard a guy asking a lady out. This lady wasn't really giving listening ears, neither was she saying anything to compliment the issue on ground and so, I felt really sorry for the guy as he stood up and left disappointed. However, things like this keeps happening to guys out there which makes them frustrated and furthermore decreases their self esteem. For this, I will be going through reasons guys don't ask you out / wouldn't:-
1. Fear of rejection :
Some guys feel they aren't up to the standard of girls they have in mind, so they do not bother talking to her so as not to be rejected.
2. Phobia for embarrassment and disappointment :
Embarrassment is a normal thing which must happen to everyone,but guys keeps having this phobia that they might get slapped and embarrassed.
3. Past occurrences :
Due to past occurrences(re-sounding slaps, pouring of hot water and public disgrace)some guys had suffered and experienced from these ladies, guys have vowed never to come near you again until afterlife.
4. Low self esteem :
Not intimidation necessarily, but a conviction that they are just not in your league,makes some guys keep distance from you. So please be considerate and accommodate these guys . Lastly, introvert and shy guys wouldn't even try their skills, because that is their nature. My advice is that ladies shouldn't be rude, as the world doesn't revolve around them .
So chill for my guys and give listening ears
